Instead of a time limited trial, ChamberedIn offers the Kickstart free plan which works as a real world free trial of our membership management platform. You can add up to 100 members, test core chamber CRM features, and experience the billing flows before upgrading to paid chamber management software pricing.
ChamberedIn uses seat based pricing, where each active member or business profile is one seat in your chamber CRM. Core and Pro include free seats and then charge a flat additional seat price per month or per year, so your membership management pricing always matches your actual member count.
Kickstart is a free starter plan, Core adds unlimited channels, events, and up to three membership plans, and Pro adds more seats plus unlimited membership plans and advanced tools. Custom includes everything in Pro plus unlimited seats, integrations, and a dedicated account manager, making it ideal for enterprise level chamber platform pricing.
Core and Pro can be billed monthly or annually, and annual chamber software pricing includes one free month plus discounted additional seats. During launch, eligible chambers also receive a Founders Discount on first year chamber CRM pricing, helping early adopters lock in lower membership software costs.
Any applicable SaaS taxes are calculated and shown at checkout so your chamber software billing is fully transparent. Every payment generates a detailed chamber software invoice and receipt in your billing area, which supports clean membership platform billing and accounting.
