Two Layers, Kept Separate

The plan you pick above is what your organization pays ChamberedIn for the platform. That is one layer.

The other layer is your member dues. Your organization sets its own member plans, decides what each one costs, and collects that money from members, with payouts going straight to your organization's bank. ChamberedIn does not set your member dues or take them. The platform fee and your member plans are two different things.

Layer 2 · your member plansWhat members pay your organizationYour plans, your prices, payouts to your bank

Everything Is Included on Both Plans

Your plan choice changes how you pay, not what you get. Both plans include the full product.

Membership management: one member record, the directory, roles, and bulk and link invites.
Dues and billing: recurring and one-time dues, online payments, payouts to your bank, and automatic past-due handling.
Events: free, paid, and recurring events with RSVPs, ticketing, and reminders by email, text, and voice.
Communications: channels, a member feed, email, and text, with reusable templates and automations.
Member app: a feed, channels, profiles, and messaging on iOS and Android.
Admin analytics: membership, engagement, events, and revenue in one dashboard.

Pricing FAQ

What is the difference between Premier and Revenue Share?

Premier is a flat platform fee, $499/month or $4,990/year, with 250 members included and $10 per additional member per month, so your cost is predictable. Revenue Share has no upfront cost and instead takes 5% of what your organization earns, so your cost grows as you do. Both plans include the full product.

What is the per-member rate on Premier?

Premier includes 250 members. If your organization grows past that, additional members are $10 each per month ($60 per year). There is no cap on how many you can add.

Who sets member dues, ChamberedIn or the organization?

Your organization does. You define your own member plans, set what each costs, and collect that revenue, with payouts to your organization's bank. The platform fee you pay ChamberedIn is separate from the dues your members pay you.

Is there a setup fee or a free plan?

There is no setup fee on either plan. Revenue Share has no upfront cost, and setup is sales-assisted. We do not offer a free plan; both plans are paid and include the full product. Book a demo and we will help you pick the plan that fits your size.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. If a flat fee starts to make more sense than revenue share as you grow, or the other way around, you can move between plans. The demo is a good place to figure out which one fits your organization today.

How do I work out the price for my organization?

On Premier, it is $499/month (or $4,990/year) for up to 250 members, plus $10 per month for each member above 250. On Revenue Share, there is no upfront cost and ChamberedIn takes 5% of what you collect. Book a demo and we will map the right plan to your member count.

What does the website service cost?

Website redesign and maintenance is an add-on service with its own fee, scoped per organization. Bring your current site to the demo and we will give you a straight answer.
